Seafood Extravaganza at L’Eclipse

Throughout this month, L’Eclipse at the Langham is holding a seafood extravaganza for their lunch and dinner buffet, offering seafood favourites of crabs, prawns, sea whelk and black mussels among others. Special items such as Chiu Chow-style oyster congee or French-style black mussels are served on rotation. Each dinner buffet patron will receive a complimentary hairy crab – a Chinese delicacy. The Landmark Mandarin Oriental’s French restaurant Amber is featuring a tasting menu throughout November with white alba truffles as the star attraction.
