NY Fries

Toronto-based NY Fries is taking Hong Kong by storm. As the restaurant’s name attests, the menu is based around variations of French fries. All are hand cut with the skins on, then cooked in sunflower and olive oil and served hot and crisp. Specialties include the “Poutine”, fries topped with premium cheese curd and their signature trans fat-free beef gravy, and the “Veggie Works”, fries topped with cheese sauce, sour cream, green onions and tomatoes.
