Awaken your taste buds with appetizing amuse-bouches, followed by the refreshing raw angel prawns drizzled with rose water vinaigrette, watermelon, and green tomatoes, as well as creuse speciale oysters with lime pearls and sea condiments. Continue your mesmerising journey with the delicately prepared cured salmon roll in brown butter with caviar, fennel and mandarin. Savour the tenderness of the poached mieral chicken topped with avocado, beans and red radish. Enchanting New Year's Eve
From 11 to 14 February, Café in Hyatt Regency Hong Kong, Sha Tin introduces a heart-warming cheese fondue dinner set priced at HK$418. The set begins with the classic cheese fondue, served with a homemade baguette. Blending Emmental and Gruyere cheeses, the aroma of the fondue is enhanced by garlic, Kirsch and Sauvignon Blanc, making it the perfect treat to heat up the romance. This is followed by an air-dried meat platter. Among the two main courses, diners can choose to indulge on the veal Zurich style with rosti potatoes – a popular, fried, golden brown pancake.
