Seafood Extravaganza at L’Eclipse

Throughout this month, L’Eclipse at the Langham is holding a seafood extravaganza for their lunch and dinner buffet, offering seafood favourites of crabs, prawns, sea whelk and black mussels among others. Special items such as Chiu Chow-style oyster congee or French-style black mussels are served on rotation. Each dinner buffet patron will receive a complimentary hairy crab – a Chinese delicacy. Truffles Special at Amber

The Landmark Mandarin Oriental’s French restaurant Amber is featuring a tasting menu throughout November with white alba truffles as the star attraction. The special menu includes such creations as scallops with cauliflower and almond risotto, and prime beef tenderloin poached with bone marrow, all served with shaved white alba truffles.
